Add 1/2 cup butter and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and mix well. Add 1/2 cup milk powder and keep mixing. Then gradually add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and form a dough.
Apply some butter on the baking tray and shape the dough into small circles (you can apply some butter on your palms to help you shape easily), flatten them and place them on the baking tray.
Sprinkle your choice of decorations on the cookies.
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 15 mins.
