Add 3 cups of water to the mixture.

Roast everything for a 2-3 minutes on low flame. After that let the mixture cool down.
Add the mixture to a blender.
Add some cilantro leaves, 1/2 tsp salt and some water to the mixture.

Meanwhile the Moth Beans are boiled.
Check that the Moth Beans are cooked correctly.

Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds to it.

Cook everything till the Onion turns golden brown.
Add 1 medium sized tomatoes to the mixture
Cook everything together till the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
Time to add our Paste to the mixture.
Cook everything together till all the water evaporates
Add the Moth Bean Mixture to the pan and start cooking everything together. Your Misal Pav is almost ready. Just a few more steps.
Add 1 tsp salt the mixture. You can check before adding more salt the mixture as we had added salt in the previous steps as well.
Add 1 tbsp jaggery to the mixture. This step is completely optional depending on your taste and how spicy you want your Misal Pav to be.
Add chopped Coriander leaves to the mixture.
Give everything a good mix. Check the consistency of the Misal Pav. You don't want it be very thick. Also you might reduce the amount of chillies you add to it if you don't want your Misal Pav to be very spicy but this recipe is generally a bit spicy.
Your Misal Pav is ready. Server it with Pav, onion and lemon. Enjoy. Let us know what do you think about the recipe.
