Take a pan with a thick base
Add 750 ml of Milk to the pan and start boiling the milk on high flame
Keep stirring the milk continuously so that the milk does not burn
After the milk starts getting thick, you can lower the flame and keep the heating the milk till the quantity becomes half.
As the cream starts separating from the milk, you can scratch it from the side and add it back to the milk.
After 8-10 minutes, you will notice that the milk has become thick. At this point you can add sugar to the milk. We have added 2.5 tbsp spoons of sugar. You can increase or decrease it according to the the sweetness level you like.
After you add Sugar, you can boil the milk for another 2-3 minutes. You can check the consistency of the Milk. You can stop boiling the milk now.
Store the milk in a bowl and let it cool down completely.
Let's prepare the strawberry pulp now. We will need 250gms of strawberries for our Strawberry Kulfi.
Roughly chop the strawberries in small to medium pieces.
Add the strawberries to a blender
After the milk has cooled down. Add the milk to the blender as well. Make sure to add the milk in small quantities.
Blend the strawberry mixture.
Add the remaining milk to the blender
Again blend the mixture together
Filter the mixture through a strainer to remove the strawberry seeds from it
Mixture is completely ready. Now we need to add the mixture to a Kulfi Mould
This Kulfi mould is available easily in the market. You can also buy it using our link.
Add the Strawberry Mixture to the mould.
Cover the mould with Aluminum Foil paper so that there are no ice crystals formed while freezing the strawberry icecream
Our Mixture is ready to be freezed. Freeze the mixture overnight.
After 8-10 hrs, our strawberry ice cream is ready. In order to get the ice cream out of the mould, dip it in water for a minute.
Roll over the mould in between your fingers. This will help the ice cream to come out of the mould easily
Slowly remove the icecream from the mould.
Your Strawberry Kulfi Icecream is ready. Enjoy!!!
