For this recipe we will need 1/2 litre of Milk, 25 pieces of Almonds (soaked), 3 tbsp of Sugar, Saffron Milk (10-12 strands of saffron in 1/2 bowl of Milk)
Soak the Almonds in water overnight. Peel the the skin off.
Add the Almond Pieces in a blender
Add some milk to the mixture.
Blend the mixture together and make a fine paste.
Take a vessel for boiling milk. Try to use a vessel with a thick base so that the milk does not burn.
Add 1/2 litre milk to the vessel and bring it to a boil. After the lower the flame to medium.
Add the Almond Paste to the mixture and mix everything together.
Add 3 tbsp of sugar to the mixture.
Keep mixing everything continuously.
Add the Saffron Milk to the mixture.
Mix everything together. The color of the milk will turn yellow. Your Badam Milk is almost ready.
Cook the milk for a few more minutes on medium flame and then switch off the flame.
Garnish the Saffron Milk with Chopped Dry Fruits and Serve.
