In a pan heat olive oil, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté well until golden brown. Add finely chopped red bell pepper and capsicum and mix for 2-3 mins.
Add chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, some ketchup, chilli sauce, cumin powder and oregano. Then add finely chopped tomatoes.
Mix well and add boiled kidney beans and sweet corn and mash partially and cook until it absorbs the water.
