In a bowl add grated mushroom.
Add 1 grated cheese to the mixture
Add 1 Tbspn of corn flour, 1/2 Tbspn of salt , 1/2 tbso of Black Pepper, 1/2 Tbspn chilli flakes and 1/2 tbsp of oregano to the mixture.
Mix everything well.
Add 2 Tbspn of all purpose flour or as required to make a dough.
Knead to form a dough.
Add 1 Tbspn of oil to dough and form a dough. Make small balls.
Cover the balls with plastic and let it rest for half an hour.
After half an hour take the bowls and cover them with bread crumbs.
Start frying the mushroom balls in medium hot oil.
Flip them over to cook from both sides
Fry in hot oil at low-medium flame both the sides until golden brown.
Add water in pan and add 1 Tbspn of oil.
bring water to boil and add pasta and boil for 10 mins. Drain excess of water and wash with cold water.
Add 2 Tbspn of butter in a frying pan.
Add chopped garlic and fry for 1 min.
Add mixed pepper and fry for another 2 mins. Empty into a bowl.
In the same pan add 1 Tbspn of all purpose flour and fry for 1 min.
Now add 1/2 Tbspn of (black pepper powder , oregano and chilli flakes). Fry for 30 seconds.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir well then again add 1/2 cup of milk and stir continuously. Bring to boil.Add 1/2 Tbspn of salt and mix well.
Add 1 cheese cube and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Let the white sauce cook for a few minutes
Then add 1/4 cup of fresh cream and mix well. Cook for few minutes. You white sauce is ready. Time to add the pasta and other veggies to the white sauce.
Add boiled pasta to the white sauce.
Add fried bell pepper and mix well everything well
Your White Sauce Pasta is ready. Serve with mushroom fritters. Enjoy!!!
