Cheese corn pepper momos | How to make Momos
2 cups flour (Buy here)
1 tsp salt (Buy here)
1 tbsp oil (Buy here)
1 cup water
1 cup corn
1 green bell pepper
0.5 cup cheese (Buy here)
Dough recipe - In a bowl take 2 cups of all-purpose flour, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Form the dough with the help of some water.
Filling recipe - Grind boiled corn and add it to a bowl. Add finely chopped bell peppers and grated cheese. Mix well and add salt and pepper.
Method - Take a small portion of the dough and flatten into thin circles with a rolling pin using some all-purpose flour. Add the momo stuffing and give a desired shape.
Steam the momos for 10 minutes and you are good to go!
