For this recipe we need 150 gms of pasta. You can use any pasta. We have used Fusli.
Take water in a utensil and start boiling it. Add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt to the water. This will help the pasta to not be sticky.
Add pasta to the boiling water and boil the pasta for 7-8 minutes. Check if the pasta is cooked properly or not. If it is not cooked then boil it for some more point.
Take 2 medium sized diced tomatoes and add it to a blender.
Add 5-6 cloves to it.
Add 2-3 dried red chillies which are soaked in water.
Blend everything together.
After the pasta is boiled, filter the water out using a strainer
Keep the pasta aside. We will use it later.
Take 2 tbsp oil in a hot pan.
Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped carrot to the mixture.
Cook everything together for a few minutes
Add 1 chopped bell pepper to the mix.
Add the puree to the mixture.
Start cooking everything together.
Cook till the time water dries.
Add 1 /4tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder to the mixture.
Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce to the mixture.
Add the pasta to the mixture and mix everything together well. Add 1 tsp black pepper to mixture. Add 1/2 tsp oregano and 1 tsp maggi magic masala if available.
Mix everything well and let it cook for a few minutes.
Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves.
Your pasta is ready. Serve it hot. Enjoy!!!
