Chop baby corn, capsicum, bell peppers, french beans and carrot and boil them together.
Boil broccoli and corn separately. Heat olive oil in a pan, add diced onion, ginger, garlic and finely chopped green chillies.
Add 5 tbsp teriyaki stir fry sauce and add more sauce depending on the vegetable quantity.
Add the boiled vegetables along with some pieces of paneer fried in some olive oil. Add salt to taste. Add 1 tbsp corn slurry. Keep mixing, cover and cook for a while.
Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame and serve hot!
For corn slurry - dissolve 1 tbsp corn starch in 1/4 cup water.
